Take a look at The Byre living and dining area as The Dairy will have a similar design, look and feel. Be assured of the same level of quality, and with a few differences.
We don't expect to be able to once again unexpectedly find such a beautiful old fireplace surround languishing in a builders yard! Also the fireplace will need to be easily accessible for use by guests.
The full length windows (which will also be fire exits) will overlook the courtyard garden and the half-acre garden of Eastburn Farmhouse beyond.
All facilities, handles, light and socket switches will be at the appropriate levels and contrasted to aid visual impaired guests. The floor will be solid oak, rather than carpeted. Even the TV will have an additional feature of subtitles for the hard of hearing, if required.
As you can see from the floor plan the living room will be light, spacious and open plan to the kitchen and dining area.
The facilities and services in all rooms will be in line with National Accessible Standards at least M2, V1, H1, details of which are available from VisitBritain. We will be providing further detailed guidance of exactly what will be in The Dairy in due course. Alternatively, just call us to ask about your requirements, for instance .... "will The Dairy provide an inductive loop system for hard of hearing?" - Yes!
